Weakness Is the Way
For Christians, weakness should be a way of life. Yet most of us try desperately to be sufficient on our own, and we resent our limitations and our needs. In this study, a renowned theologian and Bible teacher reflects on his experience of weakness—having been hit by a truck at a young age and now facing the realities of aging—to teach us the importance of embracing our own frailty and to help us look to Christ for strength, affirmation, and contentment.

Daring to Draw Near
Prayers are windows into eternity. Through prayers in the Bible, we can look into the biggest issues of life and death, and the deepest longings of our own hearts. And we learn about the God to whom we pray, the one who wants to talk with us, the one who takes the initiative in our relationship with him. This study will look at ten prayers in the Bible that will take you near to the holy one of the universe, the personal God of each person in the world.

The books of Joshua, Judges, and Ruth examine the highs and lows of leadership. While Joshua celebrates the blessings of leadership at its best, Judges offers a cautionary tale of leadership gone wrong. And Ruth reminds us that even in the worst of times, God is still at work, raising leaders from the most unlikely of places. By studying Joshua, Judges, and Ruth, we see leadership from every angle—and we’re challenged to reserve our ultimate loyalty for our ultimate Leader. (13 sessions)
